Service Advisor

Join Our Team! Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for customer service and organization? We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our Bretz RV & Marine team in Butte, MT. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth service operations, accurate work orders, and clear communication between departments. Key Responsibilities: Create work orders for sold, for‑sales and customer units, including pre-delivery inspections. Maintain and update accurate documentation of work orders. Ensure all work orders are precise and complete. Review and order necessary parts for stock unit repairs and installations. Communicate professionally with staff, technicians, management and customers. Attend daily delivery meetings to provide updates on sold delivery units. Perform computer entry and closure of repair orders with all necessary information. What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to multitask.
