The compliance program ensures members are using the trademarks in accordance with the Bluetooth brand guide and are selling goods and services that have successfully completed both the Bluetooth qualification and declaration processes. The Compliance Specialist III performs market surveillance to ensure all Bluetooth products are compliant to the Bluetooth requirements and perform audits of existing qualification data to ensure accuracy. This role interacts with all types of member companies from all regions of the world to support them with the process requirements. Roles and Responsibilities Provide first-tier support for member questions and issues related to Compliance Program process Own metrics for resolution and pattern analysis to establish baseline for measured improvements to the program and processes Own the tracking of enforcement data including generating weekly and ad-hoc reporting for management Provide Tier II escalation support to members resolving violations Execute surveillance, corrective action, auditing parameters and procedures to verify product compliance to Bluetooth specification Own the feedback loop between Compliance and Qualification / Membership team Identify opportunity for process improvement Take on unique one-off projects and support the gathering of information or execution 10% Domestic or International travel Skills and Requirements Excellent analytical and creative thinking Excellent attention to detail and focus on work accuracy Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal to technical and non-technical audiences Excellent problem-solving with capacity to bring problem to resolution Takes initiative and gets the job done Experience working within a multi-national company Excellent time management and task prioritization skills Strong ability to step back and see the bigger picture Exercise good judgment and decision-making skills, particularly in narrow timeframes High level of professionalism Strong ability with Power BI or similar reporting tools and presenting data to management At least 6 years' experience working with customers/members Highly proficient in Excel working with formulas/pivot tables Accountable team player Self-motivated Additional Skills Online retailer brand compliance experience Experience with CRM tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Bluetooth SIG
