Title Dental assistant Job Description Provide high-quality chairside assistance to dentists during various clinical procedures. Prepare and maintain sterile treatment rooms, instruments, and dental equipment. Take digital X-rays and maintain accurate patient records within our dental software. Present treatment plans to patients clearly, answering questions and addressing concerns. Mentor and support team members to ensure smooth daily clinical operations. Ensure a compassionate and efficient patient experience from check-in to check-out. Salary Range full-time $20 - $30 per hour - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: Closed Requirements Certification: Current Florida Dental Assistant Certification and a valid X-ray license. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dental experience (highly motivated candidates with less experience may be considered for training). Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital charting and dental software (such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar). Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present treatment plans confidently. Mindset: A positive attitude, a leadership-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for patient care. Preferences Advanced proficiency in Eaglesoft or Dentrix. Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role within a dental clinic. Experience with specialized dental procedures or advanced dental technology.
