The Lighthouse for The Blind in New Orleans is seeking a Workforce Development Specialist I to advance vocational rehabilitation services for adults with disabilities through the Supported Employment - Individual Placement Model. You will conduct assessments, teach job readiness, and provide job development, coaching, and follow-along supports.
