We are looking for a Shift Leader Our Shift Leaders help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They take charge, set the morale and tone, provide feedback and coaching, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They help ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment. What7s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They empower team members, provide coaching, and uphold store standards for quality and safety.
