If you're ready to make a positive impact on our most precious natural resource alongside a driven team of like-minded individuals, we want to hear from you!The Field Supervisor - Aeration is responsible for the daily operation of the aeration shop, diagnosis and repair of units brought to the shop by staff or clients, coordination with inside sales staff for repair/replacement quotes, fountain winterization testing and maintenance, coordination with branch manager for field service calls, shop inventory and re-supply, training service technicians, and maintaining accurate asset records within the TIGRIS software platform.Key Responsibilities:Attend training hosted by the various fountain & aeration manufacturersDiagnosis and repair of units brought to the shop by staff or clientsInstall and maintain fountains and aeration systemsPerform field diagnosis and repair of fountains when a service technician is not availableCoordinate field service technician schedules with branch managersConduct maintenance of fountains in accordance with their winterization contractsOperate boats and service vans in various outdoor environmentsCommunicate effectively with clients and staff to deliver excellent customer serviceMaintain accurate records of repair work/service performedRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong work ethic with a passion for working outdoorsWorking knowledge of electric motorsStrong interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to lift 50 lbs. and carry on uneven terrainComfortable working around waterbodies in variable weather conditionsMust have an excellent driving recordAbility to pass a drug screening (Drug-Free Workplace)Preferred Qualifications:Experience with fountain and aeration system installation and maintenanceNJ or PA Pesticide Applicator license is highly preferredSchedule:March – November: Field Supervisor – Aeration is expected to split time between the office, shop, and field to complete all installations and repairs in a timely manner, including completing work orders in TIGRIS's software platform. Typically 40 – 50 hours per week.December – February: Field Supervisor – Aeration is expected to split time between the office and shop to complete all winter testing and repairs, including completing work orders and working with inside sales to send customer quotes and invoices.
