Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring an Inventory & Quality Control Associate for a manufacturing company in Carson, CA.
This position involves counting, inspecting, scanning, and packaging materials to ensure shipments are accurate and ready for delivery. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with basic math, and able to perform physical warehouse duties.
Job Responsibilities
- Count and inspect materials to ensure shipment quantities are accurate.
- Verify items against packing lists and shipping paperwork.
- Use basic math to manually count and record inventory.
- Complete paperwork accurately and maintain organized records.
- Scan products and materials as needed.
- Pack, organize, and place materials into boxes for shipment.
- Identify and report missing, damaged, or incorrect items.
- Assist with general warehouse and inventory duties.
Job Requirements
- Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction.
- Ability to read and complete basic paperwork accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping, or quality inspection experience preferred.
