Lead Halsey's Electrical Maintenance Team comprised of day and rotating-shift workers, who are responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical/electronic systems and equipment in high volume manufacturing environment. Coordinate maintenance execution efforts that drive improvement in all associated work processes affecting EHS, compliance, reliability, quality, production, and costs. Facilitate team development and growth, individual skill development, problem-solving and issue resolution, and workplace culture by building employee commitment, ownership, and accountability. Ensure Electrical Safe Work Practice compliance. Perform Safety walks in the areas to improve employee engagement and maintenance performance. Monitor the quality of craft work and provide directions to crew members to build capability and maximize efficiency. Track departmental KPI's and report on team performance. Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (SAP) to schedule work. Work closely with Operations Leaders, Technical Team, Electrical Planner, and Facilities/Utilities Engineer to ensure safe working environments, address issues, execute maintenance services, and improve the reliability and efficiency of assets.

2 years supervising maintenance technicians. Minimum 5 years' electrical maintenance experience in manufacturing/industrial settings, including at least hands-on experience with single- and three-phase systems up to 2300 V; electrical controls, PLCs, AC/DC motor controllers and drives. Experience with CMMS (SAP preferred), MS Word/Excel. Experience in leading improvement efforts in Reliability, Predictive and Preventive Maintenance. Associate degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, or related technical field preferred. Possess a Signing Supervisor's License or the ability to obtain one. Experience utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) or other similar problem-solving tools. Required safety training: NFPA 70E or equivalent electrical safety, and OSHA 10/30 (or site-specific equivalents). Proficient reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
