Senior Human Resources Consultant

To support employee relations initiatives, the full-time Senior Human Resources Consultant will serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers, ensuring adherence to HR policies, conducting investigations, and providing recommendations for workplace improvements in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Manage employee relations matters, ensuring best practices and compliance with HR policies Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for improving workplace environments Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for critical intervention and policy development Required qualifications Five years of experience in general human resources at an exempt level in a multi-state/location environment Five years of demonstrated experience in employee relations, labor relations, and ADAAA compliance Five years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
