Maintain a hard turn of 60 days and determine the best vehicles to stock. Exhibit a professional management style that sets an example of enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability. Accountable for daily performance metrics in sales, appointments, and call follow‑up. Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership. Assist individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals. Direct and schedule the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times. Manage pre‑owned inventory in accordance with industry best practices and company standards, including all pre‑owned vehicle appraisals. Pre‑Owned Manager Qualifications Previous automotive management experience. Ability to work in a team environment and lead a diverse sales team. Proficient with state‑of‑the‑art CRM and MS Office products. Strong interpersonal skills; outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships. Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, and strong negotiation/presentation skills. Demonstrated success with growing sales volume and gross profit. Valid driver’s license. Additional Qualifications / Preferred Experience Minimum of two years of experience as an automotive sales manager or five years of experience in automotive sales. Excellent managerial skills.
