Physical Therapist Director

Physical Therapy Director Location: Leesburg, VA. Full-Time | $90K-$120K/year | Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Role Overview This Physical Therapist Director opportunity will allow you to lead an outpatient physical therapy office, while still offering direct patient care. This position requires a licensed PT to oversee evaluations, treatment planning, staff support and the day to day operational needs of a busy outpatient clinic. You will rely on your clinical judgment to help patients improve movement, regain strength, manage pain, and return to activities of daily living. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify functional goals Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings Provide hands‑on therapy in an outpatient setting Lead the clinical team through daily patient care priorities Review documentation for quality, accuracy, and timely completion Help manage patient flow, scheduling coordination, and care transitions Maintain compliance with clinic, payer, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation Benefits Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match This opportunity is a good next step if you are ready to lead from the treatment room and the clinic floor. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gotham Enterprises Ltd
