How you’ll make an impact in this role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a collaborative minded Geriatrician to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Join a well established, collegial team
Call structure: Minimal call, 1:9 weekends and weeknights
Practice setting: Outpatient
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered geriatric care that addresses the unique needs of older adults and supports their overall quality of life.
Lead seamless collaboration with a robust multidisciplinary team, including specialists in pharmacy, neuropsychology, and social work, to ensure holistic patient support
Employed position within a nonprofit health system
Shape the next generation of clinicians by actively teaching and mentoring medical students, residents, and fellows.
Drive the academic and community mission of the Center for Healthy Aging through active participation in departmental activities.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Geriatric Medicine
Geriatric Fellowship required
Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
