Finance and Operations Analyst

Seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Finance and Operations Analyst, this full-time remote position will manage financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and operational analysis while partnering with leadership to transform financial data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities Conduct budget-to-actual variance analysis and cash flow forecasting Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis to identify process improvements Maintain finance and operations data to support leadership decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role Advanced Excel skills Experience working with ERP systems Strong analytical and organizational skills
