Hotel General Manager

Role Description The Hotel General Manager at Hilton in Pine Bluff, AR is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations. This role leads and supports hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest service, maintain brand standards, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment. The Hotel General Manager manages financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while driving revenue growth and profitability. Daily responsibilities include supervising front office, housekeeping, and implementing operational and service improvements. The role also involves handling guest feedback, ensuring regulatory and safety compliance, and developing team members through coaching and performance management. Qualifications Strong leadership and General Management skills, with proven experience overseeing multi-department hotel operations. Excellent Customer Service capabilities, including guest relations, conflict resolution, and a focus on hospitality and service quality. Budgeting and Business Management skills, including financial analysis, cost control, revenue management, and strategic planning. Relevant experience as a hotel manager; prior experience with branded hotel is preferred but not required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
