As a Groundskeeper at Hearthstone you will be responsible for:

• All aspects of the landscape architecture and work to maintain the highest quality appearance of all exterior property.
• Keeping our exterior environment, grounds, landscaping, walkways and parking areas in a clean, safe and physically appealing manner.
• Understanding and following MSDS and label hazards for chemicals and insecticides/pesticides.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of all resident and employee information required of this position.

Required

Lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance. Because you work in the homes of those we serve, we will need you to be able to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Preferred

At least two years of prior environmental services experience is preferred.
