Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab
Located in Texas
This is a 13-week contract position.
Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with on-call duties every other week.
The Registered Nurse specializing in Cardiac Cath Lab is responsible for providing specialized care to patients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. The RN plays a crucial role in the nursing process, collaborating with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This position requires a high level of accountability for patient care.
- Monitor patient stability and vital signs during procedures.
- Assist with invasive cardiac procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement care plans.
- Perform documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Current RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or ARC accepted).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
