OFFICE MANAGER AUTOMOTIVE MANDATORY

Location: Montgomery, NY
Job Type: Full-time; In-person
Compensation: 120-160K BASE PLUS VERY ATTRACTIVE BONUS/INCENTIVES

Company seeking an experienced domestic cars Dealership Office Manager to oversee and manage the administrative and accounting operations multiple dealership offices. The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive dealership experience, strong knowledge of domestic dealership accounting, and the leadership skills necessary to provide direction and oversight to established office teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Dealership Office Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Domestic dealerships accounting can be General Motors or Ford or other domestic dealership accounting.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management system.
• Automotive dealership experience rmandatory
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to oversee multiple office locations and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage two dealership offices in separate locations.
• Supervise office staff at both dealerships.
• Manage payroll, accounting, billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure accurate administration of domestic dealership accounting processes.
• Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to established office teams.
• Utilize Reynolds & Reynolds to support dealership accounting and administrative operations.
