\nOur client is a large, physician-led multi-specialty organization seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their growing team in Palm Coast or Ormond Beach, Florida. This outpatient opportunity offers a collaborative environment with access to specialists, advanced practice providers, onsite diagnostics, pharmacy services, and behavioral health support. New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply.
\nThe Position:
\nOur client is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

- MD or DO Degree \n
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine \n
- Eligible for Florida Medical License \n
- Strong Clinical and Communication Skills \n
- Team-Oriented Approach to Patient Care \n
- Experience with EMR Systems \n
Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Monday Through Friday \n
- Outpatient Only \n
- No Call \n
- Provide Preventive Care, Acute Care, and Chronic Disease Management \n
- Coordinate Care with Specialists and Ancillary Services \n
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers \n
- Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives \n
- Build Strong Relationships with Patients, Staff, and Leadership \n
- Utilize Evidence-Based Medicine in a Value-Based Care Environment \n
- Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation \n
