Inside Sales / Recruiter - Performance-based compensation

Key Responsibilities: Drive full-cycle recruiting for construction, manufacturing, and service clients Make high-volume outbound calls daily to source and qualify candidates Build talent pipelines through cold calling, referrals, networking, and database mining Screen candidates for technical ability, experience, and culture fit Present qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Manage offer negotiations and close placements Maintain accurate CRM activity and consistently hit weekly KPIs.
