What You'll Do:

• Receive specimens from phlebotomists and couriers and prepare for testing
• Operate a delivery van to transport the mobile lab when needed
• Enter patient data and test orders into lab information systems
• Perform waived laboratory tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation
• Monitor and ensure quality control of test reagents and instruments
• Troubleshoot instrument, client, or computer issues as they arise
• Collect blood samples via venipuncture and capillary specimens
• Maintain accurate documentation of tests, quality control, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and state regulatory requirements
• Perform routine maintenance on laboratory equipment
• Record and report test results accurately and promptly

What You Need:

• Valid laboratory certification or relevant licensure (see specifics depending on local/state requirements)
• Ability to perform venipuncture and specimen processing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds regularly

• Prior experience in point of care or mobile laboratory testing
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
