LITIGATION / MASS TORT PARALEGAL

POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation / Mass Tort Paralegal to support attorneys managing high-volume mass tort claims and individual business litigation matters.

This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented legal professional who can manage a large caseload, work directly with clients, handle medical records, and support State and Federal Court filings .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Help manage a high volume of mass tort and business litigation cases .
• Develop and improve workflows to keep cases organized and moving efficiently.
• Review injury information, product usage, medical information, and other claim details.
• Conduct detailed client intakes and communicate with claimants throughout the process.
• Order, review, organize, and summarize medical records .
• Analyze and verify large amounts of case data for accuracy.
• Maintain case information, deadlines, and updates within the case management system.
• Draft legal correspondence and client communications.
• Gather and organize case documents, evidence, and factual information.
• Calendar and coordinate depositions, court dates, and other important deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, law firms, medical experts, and other parties.
• Coordinate examinations under oath and other litigation-related scheduling.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation , including exhibits, trial notebooks, and binders.
• Assist with filing cases in Federal and State Court .
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client and case information.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar legal professional.
• Litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Mass tort experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting high-volume caseloads.
• Experience with Federal and State Court filings .
• Strong organizational and case-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately with large amounts of information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, medical professionals, and opposing counsel.
• Ability to manage deadlines and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
