About the Position

The nurse will maintain a patient ratio of 1:6. The role includes assessment, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for adult and geriatric patients. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for patient care. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient progress and managing medications. Candidates must have experience in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias. Floating to other units will be required as part of the role. Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients and healthcare team members. The position supports ongoing education and professional development in nursing practice. Candidates are required to submit their license verification. Previous charge experience is preferred, though not mandatory.
