Training Program Coordinator

Position Title: Training Program Coordinator Location: Washington, DC (On-Site) Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility Required U.S. Citizenship required Position Overview OMNI is seeking a Training Program Coordinator to support mission-critical workforce development initiatives by coordinating the planning, scheduling, and delivery of instructor-led, virtual, and hybrid training programs. The selected candidate will provide administrative, operational, and customer support while ensuring the successful execution of training activities and maintaining accurate program records. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning events. Manage participant registration, training records, attendance, and course documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for training participants, instructors, and stakeholders. Maintain training websites, learning management systems, and virtual training platforms. Track training metrics, prepare reports, and analyze course evaluation data to support continuous improvement. Develop briefing materials, reports, presentations, and other program documentation. Support workforce development initiatives, special projects, and day-to-day program operations. Collaborate with instructors, language professionals, field personnel, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery. Qualifications Bachelor's degree; degree requirement may be substituted with 3+ years of directly related experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative, operational, or training program support. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required. U.S. Citizenship required Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal government or DoD training programs. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Virtual Academy, or similar training management platforms. Experience coordinating virtual and hybrid training events.
