Experience Previous insurance sales or producer experience strongly preferred. Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and explain coverage clearly. Customer‑Focused Committed to providing excellent client service while building long‑term relationships. Sales & Prospecting Comfortable with proactive outreach, lead generation, relationship‑driven sales, and working toward performance goals. Team Environment Able to work collaboratively while also maintaining strong personal accountability and self‑discipline. Tech‑Savvy Comfortable using CRM systems, agency software, and standard office technology.
