What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and/or report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for facilities, vehicles, and/or deliveries in accordance with post instructions, helping to support authorized access and orderly operations at the location.
• Observe workplace conditions and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy concerns that could impact daily operations or require follow-up by site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
