Medical Surgical Oncology - Travel Registered Nurse

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Oncology experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Cross Country Program - Centra Health.

Additional Details:

Special Requests: Required certifications and licensure cannot expire within 30 days of the potential start date to apply. Employment gaps greater than 90 days must be explained. All requested time off must be submitted with the application.

Unit Details: Charge responsibility may be required.

Shift & Scheduling: Assignments end on Saturday. 2/3 weekends per month based on unit need.

Floating Requirements: Travelers float first depending on needs.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
