New Haven Dental Group is seeking an Endodontist for full-time and part-time opportunities. 42 North Dental has been providing dental care in New England for over 30 years. In our established, multi-specialty group practice, we welcome 100+ new patients each month. $1,200 - $1,400+ per diem with uncapped earning potential through % of collections Our state-of-the-art facility allows optimal patient care, a comprehensive approach to full-service dentistry, along with a strong focus on quality, service, and patient satisfaction Our specialists enjoy the benefit of internal referrals and group practice support Each practice has a highly trained and experienced team of professionals to assist you, along with digital X-rays, microscope(s), and state-of-the-art equipment Reputable practices with a dedicated patient base and General Dentists that enjoy having in-house specialty Clinic Name: New Haven Dental Group Compensation: $1,200 - $1,400+ per diem with uncapped earning potential through % of collections Signing Bonus: Yes - $15,000.00 Benefits: Please note that some benefits require full-time employment (Averaging 30+ hours a week) Health Insurance with optional HSA (healthcare savings account), (single or family coverage),gym/health club reimbursement, discounted health and fitness merchandise, and more Dental benefits (including free cleanings) Vision coverage Employee assistance program with unlimited access to free mental health support, legal advice, financial counseling, and more 401K with dedicated financial assistance Continuing education through work at no cost to you Responsibilities: Promote oral health Diagnose oral diseases Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patients' oral health Review treatment plan options with patients Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests Maintain the highest quality standard of care for all patients Maintain the highest standard of ethics and professionalism within the dental office Keep abreast of new developments, technologies, best practices and standard of care through current continuing education courses and professional development Skills & Qualifications: DMD or DDS degree from a university-based dental education program accredited by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation (ADA CODA) Board eligible or board certified in endodontics Current state license to practice dentistry Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination Proof of malpractice insurance Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification When you join 42 North Dental, you will be part of a team that always has your back and trusts your expertise.
