Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:30 AM - 02:15 PM Tue: 06:30 AM - 02:15 PM Wed: 06:30 AM - 02:15 PM Thur: 06:30 AM - 02:15 PM Fri: 06:30 AM - 02:15 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and team members by following security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document observed activity according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unwanted activity. Monitor for unusual behavior, policy violations, and/or operational concerns, and report conditions that could impact customers, staff, merchandise, or property. Support access control and customer‑facing activities by observing entry and exit points, providing directions when needed, and communicating with store leadership and/or local responders as appropriate. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
