Assembler Technician

We are currently hiring Assembly Technicians to join our team at Bloom Energy in Fremont. Our facility is at the forefront of clean energy innovation, and we are looking for reliable individuals with assembly or machine operation experience to help us scale our production. We have 1st and 2nd shifts available.  

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Grave Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Cycles: Sun/Mon/Tue/Alt Wed OR Thu/Fri/Sat/Alt Wed

salary: $23 - $26.45 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Component Assembly: Performing manual assembly of components using small hand and power tools.

• Equipment Operation: Operating automated machinery and maintaining production flow.

• Material Kitting: Preparing kit carts for assembly and ensuring all materials meet quality standards.

• Data Collection: Recording quality data and performing visual inspections to ensure high-performance output.

• Work Environment: Maintaining a clean and safe workspace following 5S and lean manufacturing principles.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
