Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Operating Room (OR) healthcare professional at a facility in Burlington, Massachusetts. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day of employment. The position involves working in a large hospital setting with extensive experience needed, particularly in transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases, and requires familiarity with Epic electronic medical records systems.

• Required Qualifications: Certifications in relevant clinical areas, advanced certifications such as TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) preferred, appropriate education and licensing for operating room nursing, located in the United States, with 0 years of minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic electronic medical records system, large hospital experience, and ability to independently handle transplant, cardiac, and vascular cases.
• Schedule: Days shift, with call responsibilities 3 times a month on weekends, including overnight coverage from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., or 6 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturdays or Sundays. Call on weekends entails 12 hours.
• Additional Information: No local candidates within 50 miles will be accepted. Candidates must be separated from their previous employment for at least 6 months to be eligible.
