Role : Tax Manager / Senior Manager / Director
Location : Phoenix, Arizona (Hybrid -Onsite Peak Season)
Compensation : $90,000 - $160,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Responsibilities :

• Lead tax compliance and planning for businesses and high-net-worth individuals
• Manage client relationships and mentor junior staff
• Review complex tax returns — Forms 1120, 1065, 1040, 1041, 990

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 10 years progressive public accounting experience
• CPA preferred but not required
