Director of Programming & Territory Growth Soccer Shots – Brevard County / Space Coast, FL
Full-Time | Starting Salary: $40,000 + Strong Performance Bonuses

Soccer Shots is looking for an exceptional leader to take ownership of our Brevard County / Space Coast territory.

This isn't a desk job or simply a coaching position. We're looking for someone who wants to lead people, build relationships, grow a territory, and create an incredible experience for children and families.

Soccer Shots provides high-energy soccer and character-development programs for children ages 18 months to 8 years. Our goal is simple: make every Soccer Shots session the best part of a child's week.

You'll have administrative support for payroll and backend duties so you can focus on what matters most: our coaches, our programs, our families, and growth.

What You'll Own

Build & Lead the Coaching Team

Great programs start with great coaches. You'll be responsible for:

• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring coaches

• Training and onboarding new coaches

• Providing ongoing coach development

• Observing and evaluating coaches in the field

• Maintaining high standards for safety, energy, professionalism, and program quality

• Managing coaching equipment and supplies

• Building a culture where great coaches want to stay and grow

Deliver an Outstanding Program

You'll own the overall quality of Soccer Shots throughout the territory.

You'll regularly visit locations, observe sessions, support coaches, interact with families and partners, solve problems, and make sure every program delivers the Soccer Shots experience we promise.

Grow the Territory

We don't just want someone to maintain the program. We want someone excited to build it.

You'll identify and develop new Soccer Shots locations throughout Brevard County, including preschools, childcare centers, schools, parks, and community organizations.

You'll build relationships with decision-makers, develop new partnerships, and strengthen existing relationships to drive enrollment, retention, and long-term growth.

Be Our Local Leader

You'll be the face of Soccer Shots in the community.

When a parent, coach, school director, or partner needs support, you'll build relationships, answer questions, and help solve problems.

You'll be out where the program happens.

Who We're Looking For

Soccer experience is helpful, but it's not required. We can teach Soccer Shots. We're looking for qualities that are harder to teach.

You're someone who is:

Experience in leadership, youth programs, education, childcare, sales, management, or coaching is a plus.

Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Brevard County are required. Some mornings, evenings, and weekends will be necessary based on programming needs. Candidates must successfully complete all required background checks.

Compensation & Opportunity

Starting salary: $40,000

This position also includes strong performance-based bonus opportunities tied to new location growth and enrollment growth.
