SAP FICO Architect

We are looking for an SAP FICO Architect to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Our client is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. This role serves as a subject‑matter expert and strategic partner, supporting financial processes across the organization while ensuring SAP solutions align with business objectives. The position is hybrid, with onsite collaboration in Cleveland, Ohio. What You’ll Be Doing Serve as the SAP FICO architectural lead, owning solution design and configuration Design and optimize SAP FICO processes, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting Partner with finance and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions Lead SAP FICO implementations, enhancements, and upgrades Provide system integration guidance across SAP modules and external systems Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial processes from a systems perspective Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues and provide root‑cause analysis Define best practices, documentation, and system standards Support testing, deployment, and post‑implementation activities Act as a mentor and escalation point for SAP analysts and functional team members What We’re Looking For Extensive experience working with SAP FICO in an architect or senior functional role Strong hands‑on knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules Experience leading SAP design, configuration, and solution architecture Ability to partner closely with finance, IT, and leadership teams Strong understanding of end‑to‑end financial processes Experience supporting SAP implementations or large‑scale enhancements Strong communication and stakeholder management skills SAP certifications are a plus but not required What Our Client Offers Hybrid work environment with Cleveland‑based collaboration High‑impact role owning SAP FICO architecture and strategy Exposure to enterprise‑level SAP initiatives Strong partnership with finance and technology leadership Competitive compensation aligned with SAP architecture expertise #J-18808-Ljbffr Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners
