Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Our client, a pediatric therapy organization, is seeking board certified behavior analysts (BCBAs) to join its growing team. This organization is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism through both home and clinic-based services. They prioritize enabling BCBAs to focus on clinical care by providing strong administrative and operational support:

• Scheduling support: A dedicated team ensures consistent client scheduling
• Quality & reporting: Ongoing support with documentation, training, and quality control
• Billing: Full management of claims and reimbursement
• Administrative support: Includes practicum students, floor managers, and front desk teams
• Behavior technician hiring & training: Centralized recruiting, onboarding, and training
• Career development for BTs: Structured pathways to ensure a well-trained, motivated team

Requirements:

• BCBA certification
• Bachelor's degree (entry-level candidates welcome)
• Passion for working with children and families in an ABA setting
