HOUSEKEEPER UTILITY (PART TIME)

We are hiring immediately for part‑time HOUSEKEEPER UTILITY positions. Location: Florida Coast Medical Center – 310 Southeast Veranda Falls Way, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34984. Requirement: 1 year of prior utility experience required. Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour. Job Summary Maintains facility areas and keeps equipment clean and orderly. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains and services cleaning equipment. Stocks cleaning carts with supplies. Maintains cleanliness and organization in storeroom and closets. Collects, transports, and disposes of trash and bio‑hazardous materials following established safety protocols. Fixes and maintains cleaning equipment. Identifies potential safety hazards and acts accordingly. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to walk or stand for extended periods. Ability to push containers weighing 50 to 100 pounds. Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English. Mechanical ability to fix and maintain cleaning equipment. Great communication skills.
