We are seeking a motivated and self-starter to join our dynamic team as a Renewal Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in account management, customer service, or sales. You will play a critical role in managing accounts in smaller districts including the private and parochial segment of the K-12 market, at the guidance and discretion of the sales leadership team. This job will report to the Renewal Specialist Manager. Job Duties: Manage multiple accounts while effectively using our CRM tools to track interactions and progress. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive strategies to engage customers Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and inquiries with strong communication skills to solve customer pain points through a consultative selling approach. Meet and exceed renewal targets through proactive outreach and follow-up strategies. Independently manage daily sales tasks with a focus on organization and attention to detail. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and internal coordination to ensure seamless communication. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Ideally 1 year of experience in account management, customer service, or sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Ability to analyze data and provide insights into renewal trends and customer behavior. Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach. Negotiation skills and the ability to handle customer objections professionally. To Apply:

a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
