This role designs, develops, and supports reports and dashboards using Epic reporting tools and enterprise analytics platforms, manages multiple projects, supports upgrades and testing, and contributes to training while delivering excellent customer service in a healthcare environment. Key Skills: Epic Reporting (Clarity, SlicerDicer, Radar, Workbench), SQL, Tableau, relational databases and data warehouses, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, data visualization and dashboards, healthcare analytics, clinical workflows, system upgrades, testing, and stakeholder collaboration## Position Responsibilities* Meets with report consumers to understand their reporting needs and is able to translate into meaningful and accurate reports* Provides input into test scripts for new updates/upgrades* Performs upgrade with vendor assistance* Demonstrates ability to manage multiple projects along with day-to-day work* Utilizes system knowledge and available resources to address routine issues* Prepares and presents substantial portions at meetings* Highly proficient with SQL or Oracle, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and relational databases.
