Warehouse Admin Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday)

• Receive and distribute incoming calls, emails, and mail in a timely and professional manner.
• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt.
• Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and functioning; coordinate repairs or service as needed.
• Support administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing calendars.
• Perform general customer service duties to support internal and external clients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.

Warehouse Admin Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
• Proven experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
