Mandatory Technical Skills
- Proficiency in SQL & Python programming expertise
- Experience with ETL tools and processes
- Knowledge of data visualization tools
- Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts
- Experience with data integration and API technologies
- Knowledge of data quality and master data management principles
- Expert knowledge in Databricks platform and ecosystem
- Strong data architecture and engineering expertise
- Experience with big data technologies
- Proficiency in cloud platforms
- Understanding of data security and governance
- Knowledge of data integration patterns
- Experience with Delta Lake architecture
Desirable Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of database management systems (RDBMS and NoSQL)
- Expertise in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration tools.
- Expertise in data modeling and design
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions (AWS)
- Familiarity with big data technologies
- Understanding of data governance and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture
- Strong background in data platforms
- Experience leading technical teams
- Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide data architecture strategies
- Develop data models, schemas, and data flow diagrams
- Develop data models and metadata standards to ensure consistency and accessibility across the organization.
- Establish data governance policies and standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data architecture with business needs
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance
- Optimize data storage and retrieval systems
- Lead data integration and migration projects
- Provide thought leadership on emerging data technologies and trends
- Provide industry-leading thought leadership in data architecture
- Design and develop strategies across multiple domains
- Lead enterprise architecture models and repositories
- Facilitate development of architecture patterns and standards
- Define roadmaps for current to future state capabilities
- Collaborate with business partners on solution design
- Bridge business needs with technology delivery
- Work closely with engineering teams to implement ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and migration strategies
