Job Title

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Rehabilitation

Waurika, OK

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite | Travel Pairs Allowed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Deliver treatment to orthopedic populations, including post-operative patients and young athletes
• Implement individualized therapy programs targeting debility, fall prevention, and balance improvement
• Maintain a 1:1 patient-to-therapist ratio throughout all treatment sessions
• Document patient progress and treatment interventions accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma state PTA license or valid compact license
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Demonstrated competency working with orthopedic, post-operative, and balance/falls populations
• No on-call or weekend requirements

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of experience as a PTA, particularly in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
• Experience working with young athletes and sports rehabilitation populations
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic health records system
