Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Intensive Care Unit experience.

• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Missouri license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO) and no current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - Mercy (MO).

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Post-stroke care; titrating cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol); Bipaps; utilizing Airvos; ability to recognize a deteriorating patient; ventilated compressors. Preferred Credentials: Medical calculation test. Special Requests: Block request approved on request. Unit Details: Medical, basic cardiac, and neuro patient population. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend hours as needed. Call requirements: none. Floating Requirements: Float to Med Surg and Tele.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 09/07/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026, 01/01/2027, 05/31/2027, 07/04/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1
