Regional CDL-A Driver | Weekly Home Time | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Looking for a dedicated regional route that keeps you moving without keeping you away for weeks? This dedicated opportunity offers high weekly mileage, consistent freight, and a rare quality-of-life perk: drivers living within 30 miles of the Roanoke DC may be able to take their 10-hour breaks at home daily.

Pay & Earnings

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,450 per week
• Top Performers: Earn $75,000+ annually
• Unload Premium: $55 flat for every full trailer unload
• Stop Pay: $20 per stop
• Experience-Based Base CPM Scale:
  • 0–12 months: $0.53 CPM
  • 12–36 months: $0.55 CPM
  • 37–60 months: $0.56 CPM
  • 61+ months: $0.58 CPM

What You'll Be Doing

• Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset. Plus, local drivers within a 30-mile radius of the distribution center can potentially take daily 10-hour breaks at home.
• Freight Profile: 100% touch freight. Driver unloads grocery trailers utilizing a powered pallet jack (full hands-on training is provided on-site).
• Running Area: Regular, high-volume regional lanes throughout Virginia (VA) and West Virginia (WV).
• Volume & Consistency: Highly consistent freight averaging 2,000 miles per week, typically spanning 4 loads.
• Equipment: Premium assigned sleeper truck (no slip-seating).

Schedule & Holiday Rules

• Operation Windows: Fleet operates 7 days a week, running primarily overnight schedules.
• Availability: Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays within your regular workweek rotation.
• Critical Policy: Holiday peak weeks- including the entire week prior to the holiday- are strictly mandatory for all account drivers.

Requirements & Orientation

• Valid Class A CDL (Solo position)
• Minimum 3 months of solo CDL-A experience within the last 3 years
• Physical ability to perform live store unloads with a powered pallet jack
• Orientation Site: Onboarding takes place at the designated terminal in Shippensburg.
• Clean MVR & background check (Not SAP friendly)

$2,500 Sign-On Bonus Payout Schedule

• First Load: $500
• 30 Days: $500
• 60 Days: $250
• 90 Days: $250
• 120 Days: $250
• 150 Days: $250
• 180 Days: $500 (Drivers must be actively employed on the company payroll on each payout date to receive the bonus. Programs are subject to legal modifications with appropriate notice).
