*Conduct comprehensive visual inspections of residential or commercial properties (interior, exterior, roofing, foundation, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems).
*Travel to inspection sites across the Chicago metropolitan area.
*Produce clear, concise, and defensible inspection reports using designated software for real estate transactions.
*Maintain compliance with state regulations and standards of practice.
*Communicate findings and potential safety hazards to clients and real estate agents professionally. Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of state building codes and regulations helpful
- Familiarity with construction sites, best practices, and safety regulations
- The ability to work outside in a variety of weather conditions
