Prospect and generate new leads via phone, networking, referrals, and other lead sources. Develop insurance quotes, deliver effective sales presentations, and close sales. Maintain strong knowledge of insurance products and underwriting guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships. Qualifications & skills Active 4-40 CSR license or 2-20 General Lines License, required Minimum 6 months of insurance experience Valid Florida Insurance License required. Strong communication (verbal & written), proven sales ability, highly organized. Comfort with CRM systems and quoting platforms is essential.
