Journey Hospice is seeking a full-time Clinical Liaison based in West Caldwell, NJ, to promote our services to hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations. The role focuses on maintaining census in the skilled nursing community and building strong relationships within Essex County. You will partner with the Marketing Department, represent Journey Hospice at local boards and groups, and advocate for patients when residents are hospitalised. #J-18808-Ljbffr
