Selected Opening: Construction Inspector We are looking for a Construction Inspector who is motivated, dynamic, and willing to work diligently in a fast-paced team environment. Qualifications: At least five years of experience as a construction inspector. At least three years of experience in construction inspection of public works projects. Experience in inspection of construction of pipelines, pumps, steel tanks, concrete tanks, etc. will be a plus. Experience in inspection of concrete, masonry, earthwork, steel, electrical equipment, etc. Good English verbal and writing skills. Duties: Inspect construction activities for public works projects, specifically water related infrastructures such as pipe, pump stations, and storage tanks. Ensure construction is according to contract plans and specifications. Coordinate with team members, clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and testing laboratories. Write inspection reports. Attend project meetings. Review pay estimates, project schedules, and RFIs from contractors. Report construction issues and change in field conditions.
