Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Description

Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in a busy Operating Room environment. Must have prior OR experience and proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records.

Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patients throughout all phases of surgery.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Maintain sterile procedures and ensure operating room standards are upheld.
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EPIC.
• Respond promptly to on-call needs, supporting emergency and scheduled procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in applicable state.
• Possess at least 2 years of OR nursing experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EPIC electronic health records system.
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical setting.
• Adaptability to on-call schedule requirements.
