PSYCHOTHERAPIST

Grace Medical Group, LLC is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Psychotherapist to join our growing behavioral health team in West Orange, NJ. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families achieve emotional wellness through quality, patient-centered care. This role provides an opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of patients. Position Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or family psychotherapy services. Conduct mental-health assessments, treatment planning, and progress evaluations. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation. Collaborate with medical providers and multidisciplinary team members. Support patients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other behavioral-health needs. Follow all professional, ethical, HIPAA, and organizational standards. Qualifications Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Current New Jersey license required, such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist . Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills. Experience in outpatient mental-health care is preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
