Role Description The Site Manager is a seasonal contracted role. Applicants from across the country or located in or near our project location cities can apply. A Site Manager is responisble for overseeing day-to-day operations at project locations. This role coordinates installation activities, supervises site staff and subcontractors, and ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with design and quality standards. The Site Manager manages logistics, monitors progress, resolves issues, and communicates regularly with project managers, designers, and clients to keep all stakeholders informed. Additional responsibilities include maintaining site documentation, enforcing safety protocols, supporting inspections, and ensuring that Guest experience and operational needs are fully considered during implementation. Qualifications Experience in site or project management for entertainment, experiential, construction, or related environments, with strong organizational and coordination skills. Proficiency in overseeing on-site operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, contractor supervision, and quality control. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance practices, with a proven ability to maintain a safe work environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients. Ability to read and interpret design documents, technical drawings, and implementation plans. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Comfort with using basic digital tools and software for reporting, documentation, and coordination. Prior experience in themed entertainment, live events, or immersive experience production is highly beneficial. Ability to work on a project site for the duration of the season, including evenings, weekends, holidays, or extended hours as project needs require. Relevant education or training in project management, attractions management, production, or a related field is preferred but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
