Looking for a role where your passion for great food and excellent service can shine? Capone's House of Pasta, recently opened in Mars, PA, is a locally-owned small business dedicated to serving delicious Italian dishes in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We are on the lookout for an experienced server to join our team and help us create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
What You'll Be Doing As a server at Capone's House of Pasta, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy their visit from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing attentive and friendly service to all guests.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
- Offering menu recommendations and answering any questions about our dishes.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Handling payments and ensuring an accurate checkout process.
We’re seeking a candidate with:
- At least 3 years of experience as a server in a restaurant setting.
- A strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.
